RefsQ'09 is the 15th International Working Conference on Requirements Engineering: Foundation for Software Quality, it is one of the leading international forums specialized in Requirements Engineering.

The paper Toward a Service Management Quality Model presents a framework for understanding service requirements and for analyzing the quality of a service. It is co-written by Gil Regev (Itecor and EPFL), Olivier Hayard (Itecor), Donald C. Gause (State University of New York at Binghamton and Savile Row, LLC) and Alain Wegmann (EPFL).
