01.11.11 We are pleased to announce the nomination of Jacques Panchard as IT Organisation & Service Management Practice Leader and Senior Manager

Jacques Panchard has joined Itecor in 2008 after a PhD in Communication Systems with the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale of Lausannne. As specialist in ITOSM, Jacques advises clients with the implementation and review of ITIL processes in Switzerland and Europe, in multinational companies, private banks or public administrations. His domain of expertise is the audit of process maturity, implementation and delivery of processes as well as the management of organisational changes. Jacques is certified ITIL V3 trainer. In 2011, Jacques also participated to the definition of the Itecor Green IT offer.

Before joining Itecor, Jacques has managed a research project in Lausanne and Bangalore about "mobile information and communication systems in emerging countries". After that, he worked 3 years in California as Cisco IT consultant, designing and developing enterprise communication systems. He co-worked between 2000 and 2002 with Infodesign in Geneva, developing Web Strategic applications.
